   COVID's aftermath has had quite the impact on children and young people’s mental health and well-being and continues to weigh heavily.  Even grown ups have been asked to re-focus, find their groove and catch up with what they've lost.

It's not easy, right? Now imagine being a kid and having to re-learn how to take 6 or 7 classes a day.

In the social aspect, you may even have 7 different teachers to warm up to and intense groups of friends that are also under lots of pressure.

Academically, statistics have shown that students may be years behind in their academic advancements.

In addition to that, mentally, the grief, anxiety and depression that they have experienced during the pandemic is welling over into classrooms and hallways. This results in crying and disruptive behavior in many younger kids and increased violence and bullying among adolescents. For many other children, who keep their sadness and fear inside, the pressures of school have become too great. 

Well then how do you navigate through it??
